Welcome to Reputation Videos, a service provided by USA Marketing Pros LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Reputation Videos offers a done-for-you service that transforms your business's 5-star customer reviews into professionally produced spokesperson videos. Our services include:

• Professional video production featuring a spokesperson
• Custom branding integration including your logo, colors, and business identity
• SEO-optimized YouTube title and description based on your business and location
• Delivery of the final video file for your unlimited use
• Standard turnaround time of 7-10 business days from receipt of all required materials

Pricing and Payment

Our Reputation Video service is offered as a one-time purchase at the current price of $199. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
• All sales are final once production has begun

Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before production begins
• Once video production has started, no refunds will be issued
• If the final video does not meet the specifications you provided, we will offer one round of revisions at no additional cost
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@usamarketingpros.com

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Submit only genuine customer reviews that you have the right to use
• Ensure that all content you provide (reviews, logos, images) does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• Provide necessary materials (branding, review text, contact information) within a reasonable timeframe
• Use the delivered video in a lawful manner and in compliance with platform policies where you publish it

Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide (reviews, logos, branding materials). By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of creating your Reputation Video.

Delivered Video

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive:

• Unlimited usage rights to the final video for your business marketing purposes
• The right to publish the video on any platform or medium
• The right to use the video indefinitely without additional fees

We retain the right to showcase your video as a portfolio example unless you explicitly request otherwise.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated reviews
• Use our services to create content that violates any law or regulation
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use our services to create defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our production process

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or placement
• Guaranteed increases in traffic, leads, or sales
• Compatibility with all platforms or devices
• That your video will achieve any particular business outcome

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Marketing Pros LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Delivery and Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver your completed video within 7-10 business days after receiving all required materials. Turnaround time may be extended if you do not provide complete information or if revisions are requested. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Revisions

We include one round of minor revisions if the delivered video does not match the specifications you provided. Additional revisions or changes to your original specifications may incur additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your video.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any customer at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will forfeit any amounts paid unless we determine a refund is appropriate under our refund policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Virginia, which USA Marketing Pros LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability
